Second person charge is $20.00. Identification of business purpose is required with second person reservation. Romantic getaways pay full price.
Extended stays that include weekends will be quoted on a per case basis.

Cancellation Policy:
No charge for cancellations made 24hrs. in advance, otherwise there is a $20.00 reservation fee.

Payment terms:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We will bill against an invoice for extended stays. Our terms for billing are net 10 days.

We have cats:
We need to let you know that we have cats in case you have cat allergies. Most people with mild allergies have no problems staying here. We have a 1micron filter on our furnace and the cats don't go into the rooms except when customers let them in. We have a hepa filter vacuum and thoroughly clean the rooms after each guest. In 3 1/2 years we have only had two guests that couldn't stay.

Breakfast:
Hot breakfast is served from 07:00am until 09:00am unless special arrangements are made. Continental breakfast is available until 11:00am.
